Thank you so very much for your desire to be a Vendor for our Historic Saviours’ Day Celebration on Friday February 26th thru Sunday February 28th 2010.
We are planning for a tremendous celebration and your support will add to the beauty and the majesty of this historic event. The Salaam Expo at the Beautiful and Vendor Friendly Donald E. Stephens Convention Center will provide a tremendous opportunity for you to showcase your merchandise to a warm, friendly, and enthusiastic crowd of thousands for three full days.
As you know, time is of the essence and we need your help to execute every aspect of this application process in the most immediate and professional manner.

The application process is very simple and you can be assured that we will do our very best to satisfy every single vendor from beginning to end.

No Food or Beverage Vending Allowed


Booth Sound Levels will be monitored this year for those using speakers and or television monitors. Please be courteous to your neighbors.

 

The basic Vendor information is as follows

  • Vending Booth for Three full days for the price of only $400.00.This price includes Vending on Friday February 26th thru Sunday February 28th 2010.  

  • Vending Booth includes an 8X10 Vending Area, 8 Foot Skirted Table, Two Chairs, Vendor’s Booth Sign and Official Vendor Badge, and most of all, an enthusiastic audience of thousands to support each of us on Friday, Saturday, & Sunday.

  • Vendor Set up times: Each Vendor will be given Two Opportunities to drive your vehicles to your Vending Booth and to set up your booth.

  •  The First Vendor Load in Day will be on Thursday February 25th from the hours of 6am- 4pm.  EARLY LOAD IN IS ENCOURAGED.

  • The Second and Final Vendor Load In Day will be on Friday, Feb. 26th from 6:00 am to 9AM ONLY at the Stephens Convention Center located @ 5555 North River Road in Rosemont, IL 60018. Exact Load in Dock will be given to you the week prior to the event.

  • You may leave your products in your booth all Four Days, as we will provide 24 hour security for your convenience.

  • Vending Sales Hours are as follows:

    • Friday - 9am - 11pm 

    Saturday - 9am-11pm

    Sunday - 9am-12noon and 6pm - 10pm

 

Based on the Keynote Address of Our Beloved Minister being live from the United Center, Vending will take place from 9am until 12 noon at The Rosemont Convention Center and we will also have a final opportunity upon the return of the Saviours’ Day Participants to get a last minute vending opportunity from roughly 5pm until 10pm.

  • Vendor Break-Down and Close Out will be on Sunday, February 28th at 10p.m. We must be completely out of the Building no later than 2am.
